The first phase of refactored UPP code is scheduled to be merged into develop branch by end of calendar year 2020.
One major variable change is GFS RH. Need to update documentation to reflect this change.

  - add OMP_NUM_THREADS=2 for GSI on Jet
  - change cp_vrfy to ln_vrfy for GSI jobs to speedup runtime
  - remove the variable (cloudanalysistype) as cloud analysis is now separate from GSI

@WenMeng-NOAA - Is this still necessary? We had left this issue open because we were uncertain where this type of information should be documented since it relates to changes in GFS operational products. We don't have this level of documentation yet in the Users Guide for any variables really. Do you have a suggestion of if or where this change should be documented? @gspetro-NOAA - Please monitor to see if this still needs addressing.
