The OznMon plot scripts are using the oldest control files rather than the latest. Normally this isn't an issue but there was a recent change in the assimilation of ompsnp_n20 and that was not reflected in the plots. The plot scripts should select the latest possible control file in all cases.

Secondary issue is that ompst8_n20 should be added to the list of instruments that should NOT be included in the summary plots.
