Look into deleting the --mem options from all of the slurm machines #80

After consulting with @DavidHuber-NOAA, it is advised to remove the --mem options from the Slum machines (Orion, Hera, Jet, and S4). This has been tested on S4.

@DavidHuber-NOAA I have a branch "feature_slurm_mem" that I tested successfully on Hera, Orion, and Jet with removing the "--mem" line in the job card/script. Not sure if you would like to do any further testing on S4 or not.
