- pip install sphinx_rtd_theme (theme)
- (cd to project dir)
- sphinx-quickstart
- change in conf.py => html_theme = 'sphinx_rtd_theme'
- make html
- pip install recommonmark
- change in conf.py => extensions = ['recommonmark']
