Meeting on 24 June 24 (with Program Team)

Review CWG Meeting Agenda/ 3 July 24- reschedule meeting to 10th July.
Discuss in next Co-Chairs meeting- Form a strategic groups with PI representatives from the repositories, and have CWG meeting to connect (have dialogues) with the larger group
Task Group Leads- Kristi working on the Task Groups to create a timeline view of the task groups (prioritized for each quarter.
GitHub- discuss to explore how lightweight is GitHub and clarify to team members about what details they need to update in the GitHub.
GitHub Management- consider as a secondary project
Public facing repo- if the current repo is to be made public, we should get consensus from the larger team to ensure content in there is okay to be public. Y1, Y2 to be made public, sanitize Y3 and make it public.
Show & Tell Deck- Kristi updating the templates- to be sent out before next CWG meeting, discuss in next CWG meeting and get the decks updated by July end.
