Co-leads identified for File Level Metadata and Non-Data Object Linking. Mark Hahnel to look at all the metadata related task groups, prioritise and provide a proposal for how to combine these task groups. Co-Chairs to discuss and finalise the deadline for this.

Updates from Mark/ 12 July

Mark's email:
_Have one "metadata issues" TG that I volunteer to co-lead for schema.org, contributor roles, and file level metadata and I suggest that file level metadata be the priority to start with. (Steve Diggs has raised a hand to volunteer as co-lead, last chance to get out Steve)
For non-data object linking and data citations (really just relation type terms) - sI suggest both of these metadata issues be addressed as part of the Metadata Recommendation v2 TG that Dave is co-leading

If you have any objections, please let me know. Otherwise, we can kick off with file level metadata_

David agrees with this and suggests either Mark or Steve (or both) also be a part of the V2 Recommendation group too for continuity.

Update the Deliverables doc based on Mark's proposal. Group some of the deliverables together.
Some of the tasks can use some lightweight assessment to address the related tasks/deliverables.
