• use semantic-release for versioning
• new on demand github workflow for creating a release and deploying it
• merge to main github workflow now only deploys to dev and qa
• new github workflow to check pull request title
• install dependencies for local github pages which runs on gh-pages branch
• update pull request template
• remove unused python dependencies
• change title of dependabot pull requests
• update node version in lambda to match .tool-version used locally
• increase open pull request limit for dependabot
• remove tommorow open source licencese as its not needed
• set initial tag so confluence release notes work
