Perhaps Fates is not writing the lnfm24_VALUE to the restart file and CTSM wants it for a restart, or vice versa? Any thoughts on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated! Adam |

Hi all,
This issue was fixed when I created a new case directory and ran with the exact same settings. I think the issue was that I was re-starting within a case directory where I had already done many different runs of varying length and namelist settings. Although I don't know exactly why this would cause an issue, it must be something related to this and that the case folder was getting too messy, perhaps making it hard for fates-clm to find the right restart file.
