Link check is failing due to the release notes referencing a change log for a tag (v2023.03.2) that doesn't exist yet. It will be resolved once we merge this and I publish the release/new tag on GitHub

pydata_sphinx_theme had a new release late yesterday that is causing the doc failures. It looks like they did a bunch of refactoring today, but unless we are building our docs using their main branch, I'm not sure that's the cause. I'm looking into it right now

I think this is the commit in pydata-sphinx-theme that broke things for our checks pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme@0b58fca

An issue has already been opened on their repo. It looks like that issue might not be with them? pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme#1274
