Description:
Investigating the dry bias in the Amazon seen in cesm_dev 116 (NCAR/cesm_dev#19) and discussed in #75.

Similar to NCAR/cesm_dev#19 and NCAR/amwg_dev#614 but as F2000BgcCrop.

Hey Sam. Thanks for getting this set up.
There are a number of differences in the atm_in files between this case and the F_008 case on AMWG_dev.

Presumably these are mostly related to the start date (2000 here vs 1850 transient on AMWG_dev). The most notable diffs are below, with a quick (but very naive comment from me).

What's the minimum list of fields that we need in the h1 file?
You said TLAI, but anything else?

@slevis-lmwg comparing this run with #77 will be helpful, but I'd also like to see results with run 116 / cesm_dev#19 to see if we can replicate the precip and cloud biases we're seeing in the B-case.

FWIW, @olyson had posted diagnostics comparing two recent B-cases here

@olyson we could go over this on Weds morning or sooner if necessary:
I tried using your existing ANALYSIS/climo/...b116_14_23 data to compare with #76, but so far I have failed. I don't want to rerun diagnostics for that case from scratch because the regridding phase will take forever :-) so I'm hoping to troubleshoot with you.
