* Updated urls in documentation to use HTTPS wherever possible * Updated forum links to use HTTPS protocol * Repaired intermittent unit test failures due to random values * Repaired Travis CI build's broken link to Apache ANT binary * Corrected SurfaceText handling of cached extent.
