Good call to rename the "Contributing" section to clarify that it is about content, not software.
I suggest we call it "Adding Content" for brevity, including both data and prose.
Good to see an update to the Dashboard contribution docs. There is a lot of duplication between Dataset and Story configuration docs now, but I guess that is okay.

The docs for contributing to the Dashboard are out of date. I also changed the name from "contributing" to "data and content configuration" to avoid possible confusion about contributing to core VEDA code. This section is more for managing content of somebody's specific instance.
