| The [base commands](https://github.com/developmentseed/nasa-apt/blob/develop/ecs/tex/base_commands.sh) are executed at the creation of the docker container to install the needed python libraries, including `awscli` and those enumerated in `requirements.txt`. |

awscli should perhaps be added into requirements.txt with a specific version number
