  • One group of people with approve / merge / commit ability to main, and we institutionally want to control that
  • One group of people (including externals) with ability to approve / merge / commit to all branches other than main to help maintain
  • Next steps:
    • Offer technical approach for the above scenario
    • Governance documentation
