FCLTU loads different PDU definitions based on version specified in the config. It is good for us to make more explicit which versions are loaded in the logs and the like, so it won't “secretly” set to the wrong version.
The version flag can also be set in the _init_ args (https://github.com/NASA-AMMOS/AIT-DSN/blob/master/ait/dsn/sle/cltu.py#L115), but it won’t load the proper PDUs. This needs to be fixed
