renamed update log files changed to relative references between the files also changes the order of entries in the update log files (newest entries on top now)

After the english readme was added, I tought it would be nice to have the update log in English available too.
Also changed the references between the markdown files to be relative ones to reference to the corrected files also locally or in a fork.
Also normalized the markdown files while trying to keep the layout (corrected headline levels, lists & linebreaks).
Reverted the order updates to have the latest one on top. As I tought that makes more sence.
Since I don't speak Chinese, I translated everything with deepl.com and hope it is correc.
If there are any mistakes, improvements or you are not agree with parts of the changes please tell me & I will be happy to correct them.
