This program is a GUI based bulk file remaner.
Inspiration was taken from Bulk Rename Utility (https://www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk/) but is created separately as a free and open source alternative.
Install with pip install rename-utility
To run the program simply run python renamer
Optionally one can add -d <path to directory> to start in a specific directory.
