Feature: Delete YoutubeRegretsReporterExtensionPage

Description

This PR removes the YoutubeRegretsReporterExtensionPage model, template, and factories. Additionally, it includes a migration to delete the Page from the database, as it is no longer used in Production (tested locally with the Production database).
