Filter row is always added to table head

When all columns have the option "filter-false" the filter row shouldn't be added to the table head.

I just wanted it to be clear what I ment. :)

Please note that I'm using a recent version. The design is a backport of an older version since I'm having a hard time getting used to the new styles.
