Gifted items when double-examined

2024-12-19 (1734663535) ~ dreamseeker

Why It's Good For The Game

makes admining less of a headache when you can see explicitly see that x item was a gift, lets ghosts and such see more info about gifts, and adds a way to see gift items ICly.

Changelog

🆑
admin: Admins can now much more easily see which of a player's items came from a gift.
add: Ghosts, santa, and anyone after roundend can an examine an item to see if its a gift, who opened it, and how long ago they did so.
add: Closely examining (double-examining) an item will now tell you if it was from a gift.
