Just remembered I forgot to finish a description, a bit embarrassing! Now it's completed.
Made more sense to change it to the Secdrobe instead of the autodrobe, as it was a cop mascot costume in its description, it doesn't make sense for it to not be used by security, IMO.

Deleted some of my own comments because I think the update I created for the pr makes it work better. Now it's updated, those comments don't really need to exist, unless I'm forgetting something. |

The original was pretty small, so adding this gives it a lot more justification, plus adds in a few things we didn't have, like a module for glasses, which previously was missing due to people improperly placing items into the TG code (I think.)

About The Pull Request
This PR adds in several costumes that I have made, including the police mascot costume, The Killer costume, and BB costume, all from Anthology of The Killer, alongside three miscellaneous costumes of the Cruelty Squad main character costume, the Infinity Jersey from LISA The Pointless, and the metrocop and citizen from Half Life 2.
Why It's Good For The Game
I personally think that mascot costumes are underrepresented in Monkestation, so creating this one adds just one more to give a bit more RP potential for Security.
Alongside this, to feel as if I am adding more, I've added several other costumes. Here's BB, also from Anthology of The Killer!
Here's The Killer, from the same game as well.
Here's the Infinity Jersey and sportswear from LISA The Pointless!
Finally, here's the Cruelty Squad costume.
And here's the Half Life 2 Metrocop!
Alongside it, here's the Half Life 2 Citizen to match!
