spawning in with nothing on my character but the briefcase on the floor

Reproduction:

this happened after server switched ip's for a while, i selected a role to spawn in as, spawned with nothing and my briefcase on the floor all with default values on them. was missing the edits on them and unusual item.

had absolucy fix me but lost all my tokens and unusual item i had, unsure about monkey coins. this was for MRP.

Hoped onto HRP and it seems i still have the same bug there.

Even if i spawn as a ghost character i spawn naked with nothing on me and the breifcase on the ground.
