If you dissasemble the turbine. Then reassemble it in the SAME position. It either wont link together. Or it wont link to the computer at alll. Allthough upgraded parts might be the reason why. Allthough unlikely

Chances are they didn't right click with the multitool and then add the buffer to the turbine control computer, I've been burned by this before at first. If you left click, it'll say that all the parts are there but the control computer won't detect it until it's been linked via multitool.
