Reproduction:

On tramstation, in xeno (lower level), Aster replaced the disposal unit that feeds into the leftmost cell with a chute. I removed the output chute inside the cell, so its just a trunk at the end of the disposal pipe. When I ran into the chute, it just deleted my body completely. I ahelped and admins tested it as well, finding that they were also getting deleted. I was told to report this by the admin.
