when i try to mop up some liquids its inf it says you finish moping but it keeps going and saying the message even with a new mop and it gets faster over time but if i use a bottle it insta works?

oh uh well when i was moping up some blood or some gray slime ooze it kepted going without even moping some up and these where small piles of liquid not massive ones and it kepted saying "you have moped up the mess" or wahtever and then it keepted going faster and faster but if i use a bottle like a beer one it isnta picks it up?
