This project aims to produce a flexdashboard using R programing language as a final project for the course of the (R from Zero to hero). You can access the dashboad using this link.
This project included the codes that help improving a dashboard that can be used for data visualisation. This dashboard including bar charts for a data obtained from R and open resources to show them as an example. Also, it includes heatmaps for gene expression and their data was obtained from my master's thesis.
One of the Challenges that I faced is the code reproducibility in R.
Pepole can use this project by downlodaing the rmarkdown and run the command of the Flexdashboard on R
