Delete this repo? #11
Comments
Personally I hate deleting code, ever. But for a larger project like this it seems in the best interest. unless anyone objects in the next few days, off-with-er-head |
At some jobs we have a code graveyard. We can create a new org called
|
Although I am also in favor of just deleting those repos, at least doing some cleanups would help, maybe we can "archive" those old repos as a compromise? Not sure when github added that feature but it is there in the "danger" zone under settings. |
dont delete this repo. Im still using it in my projects |
how are you using it? and wouldnt it be possib le for you to use a fork of this repo? |
@rejas it works in my system |
@Zumbalamambo that doesnt answer my questions. you said you are using the repo in your projects. what projects? is there a github repo that uses it? |
@rejas Due to confidentiality I cant share much about the project in which Im using it. sorry about that |
and why would using your own fork of this repo not work for you? |
it works for me on my machine. check with @joecritch |
I think there is a misunderstanding of what this particular repo (modernizr-ui) is. This is an old attempt at a website redesign. The active website lives on modernizr-neue. Both located within the Modernizr team, but two very different things. |
wow i just noticed it. Thanks for clearing it. |
Well, I will probably put it in "read-only" mode anyway first soonish :-) |
This repo is now redundant, so figured we can delete it? cc @patrickkettner @stucox @ryanseddon
