v0.7.3 Periphery upgrade

Updated the Metamask extension to the latest version. The process of auntification has been rewritten in accordance with the new version.

The update was necessary, because the old version of Metamask did not work in some countries, due to unspecified reasons.

v0.7.1 Full upload functionality

There is already all the functionality responsible for the upload. But usability needs improvement
