Addresses #110. Solution (see
pyproject.toml) was proposed e.g. here. See also the isort documentation. I don't know whether this will fix all potential inconsistencies withisortin the future, but I checked successfully that it would have prevented the problems that have occurred recently, in particular the ones present in the current main branch.
