The time_to_strat and strat_to_time transformations should be inverses of each other, meaning time_to_strat |> strat_to_time = Id and strat_to_time |> time_to_strat = Id.
However, currently there is some imprecision in this transformation around hiatuses. This is potentially due to inconsistencies with rcll/lcrl definitions.
