This PR fixes the following issues that are being tracked in the Phase 1 QA docs.
Nav bar is centered instead of aligned to the right (see screenshot, taken full screen on 13-inch macbook pro)
(Home) Button links have the incorrect hover state. See screenshot and refer to buttons style guide
(Home) Button and right column content should be right aligned.
(Tech) Update link to the updated economics white paper which has all mentions of Coda changed to Mina, along with typos fixed (link to pdf in the screenshot column to the right)
(Tech) "Run a Node" CTA button should link to https://minaprotocol.com/docs/getting-started
(GetStarted) "Run a Node" button at the top of page after hero image should link to https://minaprotocol.com/docs/getting-started
