Starting June 2024, for any new environments that get created, global or service level admin roles such as Power Platform Administrator and Dynamics 365 Administrator will no longer be automatically assigned the System Administrator role. A Global Admin can elevate their role to System Admin for a specific environment via [Powershell](/power-platform/admin/manage-high-privileged-admin-roles#self-elevate-to-the-system-administrator-role).
