This update adds new options in the campaign settings which allow users to decide whether Personnel Log, Scenario Log and Kill Record should be expanded by default.

This update introduces new options within the campaign settings, empowering users to determine whether the Personnel Log, Scenario Log, and Kill Record should be expanded by default.
I also went ahead and changed 'see
xlog' to 'showxlog' for improved readability.Closes #4083
