Application settings

Description of the application settings

GUI settings:

• Close GUI with Esc
• Save settings with Enter

Nightscout

• Set a valid Nightscout URL for reading glucose values
• No upper case in url allowed

Desktop width/height

• Define the display position of the tooltip

Options

Autostart

• Startup option for tooltip
• Set 1 for on or 4 for off
• Standard is 1

Update

• Check for app update
• Set 1 for on or 4 for off
• Standard is 1

TTS

• Read glucose values every zero minutes (Text-To-Speech)
• Set 1 for on or 4 for off
• Standard is 4

Log

• Debug environment, saved @DesktopDir with the file name [email protected]
• Set 1 for on or 4 for off
• Standard is 4

Play alarm

• For fully working option add in your Azure or Heroku app settings: BG_TARGET_BOTTOM & BG_TARGET_TOP or BG_HIGH & BG_LOW with a mg/dl value
• Play alarm of low or high glucose values (alarm.mp3 from Nightscout)
• Alarm works when deposited in Nightscout
• Set 1 for on or 4 for off
• Standard is 4
• If you do not set a alarm by Nightscout, you will not see any icons

TrayTip

• Use a traytip instead of a tooltip
• Set 1 for on or 4 for off
• Config var CUSTOM_TITLE can use for a TrayTip title

GitHub-Nightscout-Update

• The update takes about 60 seconds glucose readings
• Set 1 for on or 4 for off
• For activated option set a valid GitHub-User
• The update check for the dev and master branch is automatically

Nightscout-Token

• Enable or disable Token of Nightscout (API-SECRET)
• In the input field set the token
• Set 1 for on or 4 for off
• Standard is 4

TrayMenu

Hotkeys

• CtrlAltn = Open Nightscout page
• CtrlAlts = Open Settings
• CtrlAlth = Open Wiki
• CtrlAlte = Close application
