#100 calls out that the README.md talks of Pester tests, but there aren't any in the repo. That because when the non-"CMake Toolchain" pieces were move to MarkSchofield/WindowsCMake, all the tests went there. The references to Pester tests in the README.md should really be removed. If new tests are added, then it can be added back.
