Active code error

I’ve subscribed and have code but when I input on iPad Obsidian it is giving me errors. I’ve tried putting code in active code and mobile active code but neither work. Please can you advise, thank you |

Okay - sorted - have to enter activation code in computer not iPad, seems to be working now |
