Remove the empty space on the healthstate-normal icon #3196

Prior to this update, the icon used to represent the status of a Lenovo host was not displayed properly (Physical Infrastructure Providers > Lenovo xClarity (All Physical Servers) > Select a Lenovo host (Summary)), appearing to be smaller than all other status icons.

This patch updates the icon file, removing the empty space and fixing the problem.
