[Kasparov] DDF componentMapper for Carbon

Completed items from #7278

To switch all our DDF forms to Carbon styling, we need to create a componentMapper. My idea is to duplicate the PF3 mapper and reimplement the internals using the Carbon components. Or maybe @Hyperkid123 has a better way to generate mappers.

• Upgrade to DDF v2 (Update DDF to version 2 #7277)
• CarbonMapper (Introduce Carbon mapper data-driven-forms/react-forms#795)
• Address the compatibility issues in Carbon defined here
  • isRequired feat(carbon): implemented optional isRequired for all fields data-driven-forms/react-forms#846
  • SELECT feat(carbon): Implement searchable/clearable non-multi select data-driven-forms/react-forms#851
