The BZ in question applies to UCI migration which has been pushed to 5.11.5 . These tests are currently not running on 5.11.4 because of the BZ blocker. I'd like the blocker to be removed through this PR. There are some failures that I'm currently investigation. I'll submit aditional PRs to address the failures.
