This version adds a Negative Prompt setting. The prompt you give in the new option will be automatically applied each time you select an image. This setting is saved, so the same negative prompt will appear each time. A decent negative prompt has been included already for your convenience.

Ideally, I'd like it to just remember the existing negative prompt, but I can't seem to find a way to not overwrite it each time. This solution works since it's reapplying the prompt to each tag generation. Any help on how to access the content of the image generation tabs would be greatly appreciated.

Version 1.0 of booru2prompt.
I just finished this like an hour ago, but I think it should be stable enough for a full release.

You can either unzip this directly into your extensions directory, or if you'd like to keep up with updates, clone this repo instead.
