Hi,
I built mimic-iv, mimic-iv-notes, mimic-iv-ed for Postgres and realized that the instructions are slightly outdated/different. Hence, I suggest the following changes.
mimic-iv: Update to version 2.2
mimic-iv-notes: Fixed erroneous paths in Quickstart guide
mimic-iv-ed: Created Quickstart guide as for the other two datasets
