Updated routing + necessary API changes
Refactored
- Rename components to pages
- Move Header and Footer into Layouts folder
- Move router into App
Switched from yarn to npm
Added .nvmrc file

Possible issue

The top menu doesn't resize - is always shows the hamburger menu
