extra_models_paths.yaml file

I've just started to use StabilityMatrix though I've been using ComfyUI for awhile. I started by just copying the existing directory to the new sub directory. I did not update the new yaml file but was surprised to see that the models in the "old" / existing directory were being found in a new workflow. I verified that both directories were being loaded from the log file

I don't want to break my installation, but still would like to reduce redundancy and conserve drive space and get rid of the old directories.
So does anyone know where I'd need to edit out the old directory structure.
