Bump merge and justified-layout (#330)

Removes [merge](https://github.com/yeikos/js.merge). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [justified-layout](https://github.com/flickr/justified-layout). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `merge`

Updates `justified-layout` from 2.1.2 to 4.1.0
