[Bug] [MGS2 & MGS3]: DXVK not working #108

Issue Summary:

New Version of MGSHDFix, the 2.3 version no longer allows to use DXVK (Vulkan API) due this version of the fix requires to delete the d3d11.dll file. If you try to run the game with DXVK, the game will crash.

MGSHDFix & Game Version Numbers:

MGS Games Version: 2.0
MGSHDFix Version: 2.3

Log Files:

MGSHDFix.log

Reproduction:

Just install DXVK and try to run the game. The game will Crash.

You don't need to delete 'd3d11.dll' if it's from the DXVK zip. The reason I recommend deleting the file is because prior to v2.3, the included ASI loader for MGSHDFix used the name d3d11.dll.

Just copy the files from DXVK into the game folder again and it should work.
