If Lara has flares in her inventory, picks up a (regular) item while underwater and the flare input is pressed during that animation, a "fake" flare will spawn. This doesn't reduce the inventory flare count and her hand mesh remains normal. Add an optional fix.

This prevents Lara gaining a free flare during the pickup animation.

Resolves LostArtefacts#2123.
