Lara's braid does not react to interpolated frames in her main animation. This was implemented for TR1 under c5f8141.

tr2/lara/hair: add interpolation control
6ef2136 
This improves the overall animation of Lara's hair to respond to
interpolated frames in her main animation.

Resolves LostArtefacts#2094.
