If Lara draws a flare just before the jump to the shower in HSH, her arm will be locked in whatever frame it was on. Her hand mesh is also drawn with the flare if the flare was ignited.

tr2/objects/final_level_counter: reset Lara's flare status for cutscene

This will discard a flare if Lara has one active before triggering the
final cutscene in Home Sweet Home, and reset Lara's hands accordingly.

Resolves LostArtefacts#1992.
