Searching for a delegate in the voting system "unchecks" all delegates

Expected behaviour

In previous versions it was possible to place checkmarks before a certain amount of delegates, and search some others by using the search feature, after having selected the ones you want to (un)vote the "vote" button on the right should popup a window with all the delegates you have selected. It would not matter to "clear" the search field.

Actual behaviour

The list of delegates that has checkmarks on it, does not appear in the voting confirmation window. That window is empty.

Steps to reproduce

• Start Lisk Nano
• Log in
• Go to Voting tab
• Select a few delegates
• Type a delegate name in the search field
• Clear the search field either by clicking on the cross icon, or just backspace until the field is empty
• Press the "vote" button, it does not contain the earlier checked delegates anymore
