Description

  • Update naming to align with the LIPs
  • Update governanceTokenID to stakingTokenID

Acceptance Criteria

  • All the names and folders are aligned with the LIPs including the tests

Additional Information

  • Further changes are coming to this issue

Update DPoS terminologies to PoS (#7803)

### What was the problem?

This PR resolves #7672 

### How was it solved?

- Update DPoS terminologies to PoS
  - vote => stake
  - delegate => validator
  - DPoS => PoS
  - voter => staker

### How was it tested?

- All build/test should pass
- There should be no dpos related terminologies
